Dynamics I & II

Dynamics are invitation-only classes with a higher emphasis on strength training, drills, and a stronger development of fundamental gymnastics skills.  There is a minimum skill requirement for this class, as well as the ability to focus and follow direction well.

Dynamics I (ages 6-8): Mondays OR Wednesdays 3:30-4:30 PM $275 +GST/ 12 weeks

Dynamics II (ages 9+): Mondays 4:45-6 PM $285 +GST/ 12 weeks

*please note: PGA is a private gymnastics club- allowing our pricing to be ALL INCLUSIVE. There are no additional GymnasticsBC registration and insurance fees.

what to wear

comfortable athletic wear

 (no buttons or zippers as they provide a safety hazard)

hair pulled back  

bare feet or socks with rubber grip

what to bring

full water bottle

*please do not bring food inside the gym

please note

entry to the gym is through the back door off the public parking lot

(behind the visitor's centre)

please do NOT park on the side of the building

behind Lordco

parents are welcome to stay and observe, however space is limited. 

(please use your discretion as this will be a distraction for some children)
