hair pulled back  

bare feet or socks with rubber grip

full water bottle

*please do not bring food inside the gym

please note

entry to the gym is through the back door off the public parking lot

(behind the visitor's centre)

please do NOT park on the side of the building

behind Lordco

parents are welcome to stay and observe, however space is limited. 

(please use your discretion as this will be a distraction for some children)
