KickStart! classes offer parents and their tots an introduction to physical literacy that develops the foundation of movement and lends to healthy development in the fundamental years. Classes are specifically tailored with structured and unstructured activities that expose participants to fundamental movement patterns.

KickStart! is about exploring. Exploring the gym and equipment, exploring what our bodies are capable of, and just how much we can tucker you out for naptime. 

*Parent participation is required

Tuesdays 10:00- 10:45 AM 

Thursdays 10:00- 10:45 AM 

Fridays 10:00-10:45 AM

$175 +GST for 12 weeks

*price is for one class per week x 12 weeks

**please note: PGA is a private gymnastics club- allowing our pricing to be ALL INCLUSIVE. There are no additional GymnasticsBC registration and insurance fees.

what to wear

comfortable athletic wear

 (no buttons or zippers as they provide a safety hazard)

hair pulled back  

bare feet or socks with rubber grip

*please do not bring food inside the gym

entry to the gym is through the back door off the public parking lot

(behind the visitor's centre)
